Dr. Ray Lindley
Dr. Ray Lindley has been a professional educator for many years. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Literature, Master of Science in Educational Administration and Doctor of Education degree in Counseling Psychology. He has been a director for the Department of Education in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction where he helped regulate schools in the U.S. Dr. Lindley has been an administrator for accrediting international schools for over 20 years. He recently was named by his university as educator of the year and then alumnus of the year. Dr. Lindley has been president of the National Association of State Textbook Administrators and president of the National Association of State Administrators & Supervisors of Private Schools. In addition, he has provided expert witness reports on educational issues for legal firms.

Dr. Jacob Francom
Dr. Jacob Francom has worked with schools in the U.S. and abroad for several years. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Physics, Master of Arts in Russian Language, Literature, and Linguistics, Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership. He has been a principal of both private and public schools, a superintendent of a school district, and a professor. He has worked with different accreditation bodies and enjoys working with international schools around the globe. Dr. Francom has been named principal of the year and recognized as educational leader of the year by his university.

Gema Liberty
Gema Liberty has been an educator, instructional coach, presenter and leader for over 25 years. She is passionate about education as well serving the people who dedicate their lives to other peoples' children. Gema creates and facilitates professional development to help educators fine tune their practices and reach their professional goals. As a Nationally Board Certified Teacher, she has the highest standards of practice, dedication, and expectations for student growth. Gema continues to hone her craft, collaborate with educators, and serve as a valuable resource.

Jessica LeNeave
Jessica LeNeave has spent the last 15 years of her profession building charter schools in Utah and Nevada. She has served as teacher, mentor, and administrator in schools. Having been asked to serve in leadership capacities very early in her career, she understands the value of seeking mentorship and advice. She serves as a mentor to new administrators and facilitates professional development to prepare school leaders. Her mission is to continue to promote the great leaders around the world who selflessly share their knowledge and expertise.

Jeffrey Smith
Jeffrey Smith has worked in the field of education for 20 years. Specializing in K-12 technology and services, he has built solid organizations in the US and throughout the GCC region. After launching successful partnerships with the US Department of Defense, the Maryland State Parent Teacher Student Association, and several private schools in the US, Jeffrey moved to the United Arab Emirates to serve as Founding Director for Sylvan Learning in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As Chief Operations Officer for Sylvan Gulf Region, Jeffrey forged partnerships with GEMS, AMSI, ADNOC, iCademy Middle East, and nearly 3 dozen private schools in the MENA region.
Jeffrey is a co-founder of the Common Core Boot Camp, a one day event offering world class professional development to teachers and administrators across the UAE. He was also listed on Which School Advisor - Most Influential in Education for 2018 and KDSL Global - 10 To Know in Education for 2017.

Bushra Ali
After more than 5 years in management consulting, journalism, advertising and market research, Bushra is now pursuing her passion to improve standards in K-12 education and create more impactful learning opportunities for students of all backgrounds.
As the School Support & Partnership Manager at EduEnhance, she focuses on bringing advanced learning technologies and school improvement services to institutions across MENA, Turkey and Pakistan. She also serves as the Head of Education at the Pakistan Youth Forum in the UAE on a voluntary basis, helping organize an after-school Academy, educational campaigns and mentorship programs for Pakistani school students across at least 13 schools in the UAE. Bushra has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Chinese from Williams College, USA and is also currently pursuing a Professional Graduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning.

Dr. Adriana Chestnut
Dr. Adriana Chestnut is the founding Principal of Bright Learners Private School in Dubai. Dr. Chestnut’s educational experiences have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being. Her educational philosophy is based on her uncompromising belief that all students can learn, given a positive learning environment. She is focused on creating a school that welcomes the masses and strives to inspire and challenge young minds. Prior to accepting the role of Principal at Bright Learners Private School, Dr. Chestnut had gained years of experience in the United States, as a turnaround and founding principal well as the UAE, having joined the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), lending her set of skills focused on school development and academic excellence.
